Hydrafinil/Modafinil Cross Tolerance?

I've been taking Hydrafinil for the past week and am loving it so far, but I still worry about regular use and my tolerance. The only other thing I like more than this is Modafinil. Does anyone know if there is a cross tolerance for these two?
I'd love to alternate between them if it meant that I could keep my dosage down, but I don't want to spring for Moda if I can just buy Hydrafinil for cheaper, although I'll still have to take it only a few days a week.

Most people report very little cross-tolerance between them. The histaminergic actions are complex, and still very unstudied. However, they seem to not have the same level of tolerance buildup that the dopaminergic system has. Since Hydrafinil has lower DAT affinities, it will not cause the same tolerance to the dopamine side of things.
