They have to pay import dues bringing things into the UK; which are quite a lot, unfortunately. They also have free shipping for UK customers. VAT is not ideal, but at least you get to feel warm and fuzzy that your money

Yeah, I would say Germany is the second hardest country in Europe to get things into. By far #1 is Norway. The Netherlands is pretty much the easiest and quickest.

I agree. It's fucked up. Trust me, I had to shut my fucking company down because of this. Ceretropic is no more because of the bullshit in this country. So nobody is more frustrated than me. I fought for years for this.
