My Productivity Correlations - Nootropics

A lot of people come here thinking - "So, what's all this nootropic business about? Does it work or what?", so I thought I'd elucidate on my own personal success (thus far), and the correlations I've found between various nootropics and behavioral interventions and their respective improvement. Do note that I am not in any way saying that this is a scientifically validated method applied here, I am merely sharing my personal experiences (N = 1) so take it for what it is worth - an anecdote.
With that out of the way, allow me to begin...
Over the past couple of months, I've trialed two very good nootropics, namely P21, Semax. You can find my other started thread on the combination of the two. I've also trialed Uridine, CDP-choline, DHA. While doing these things, along with my general behavioral interventions, I've found some significant correlations between various things and productivity per day.
I use the tool http://www.askmeevery.com/ to log the supplements I take (listed), producitivity per day (in hours), sleep (in hours) and mood (0-10). I also use the OptimizeMe iPhone app to find overall patterns in my behavior. For those that do not know, I am a medical student, so…
