NootropicsDepot exit scam?

I ordered from NootropicsDepot during their recent sale. They sent me a tracking number which has remained in pre-shipment for 10 days. I tried sending an email to customer service without reply. Should I expect to receive my order? /u/parmatrix used to be so reliable, for shame.

Edit: Somehow my customer service inquiry was never received. Parmatrix came through and helped resolve the issue in an excellent manner.

International first class packages no longer show accurate tracking. USPS changed their tracking systems a couple months ago. It has been a clusterfuck ever since. We even changed the description on our site to "Unreliable Tracking." It sucks, but it is what we have to deal with for now.

Nootropics Depot is not scamming you. I bet your package is well on its way, but not updating on their tracking system.
