Pyritinol, pyridoxine, and excess vitamin b6 induced toxicity (cross post from r/nootropics)

So, i'm preparing to add pyritinol (pharma-grade encephabol from merck) to my stack, and had a quick question regarding excessive B6 supplementation.
I've read numerous times in the past that B6 supplementation should be done cautiously, as the margin of overdose is relatively low, and the damage is essentially irreversible. Based on that, i'm not sure if i should be worried about excess b6 levels after starting pyritinol supplementation alongside my current regimen.
Right now, the only source of b6 i'm receiving via supp's is 75mg pyridoxine from LEF's 2-per-day multi. If i was to add 300-600mg of Pyritinol to my stack on top of this, would I be running any risk of overdoing the B6? Actually, i guess my question is more generally whether pyritinol and general b6 would have an additive affect on b6 levels in the brain, or if pyritinol supplementation would not elevate b6 levels at all, as i was unable to determine this based on my research.

Maybe /u/MisterYouAreSoDumb could weigh in here, as I know ceretropic just started stocking pyritinol, and i'm not getting much help anywhere else.
Basically, my question is this: Is there an increased risk of Vitamin B6 induced neuropathy from administering both pryitinol and b6? Or does pyritinol not boost b6 levels in the brain/body? I'm aware of the general threshold for b6 induced neuropathy, but i'm just wondering if Pyritinol would increase the likelihood of neuropathy.

Pyritinol is two B6 molecules bound together by a disulfide bond. Disulfide bonds are stronger than hydrogen or ionic bonds, but weaker than carbon-carbon or carbon-hydrogen bonds. They typically have a dissociation energy of 60 kcal/mol. So they are strong enough to keep the two B6 molecules bound together. This means that Pyritinol does not really act as delivery system for B6 itself, and neither increases B6 in the body, nor substitutes for B6.
