Just ordered this from Ceretropic.. Has anyone tried this that can give a comparison between it and the normal tianeptine? Thx.

Based on the graph of effects, it looks like one daily dose of 41mg (3.3x regular dose) Tianeptine Sulfate would get you the same peak blood plasma concentration as the Sodium version (~430 ng/ml), however, it would last much longer, with significant levels still in the blood 12 hours later (~204ng/ml). Keeping the redosing requirement in mind for the Sodium version, one would still not average as high of a plasma level of the drug over that duration with the sulfate form, and a smaller dose later in the day may have to be added to achieve this effect. It would also appear that alcohol would likely need to be completely removed from one's intake during treatment, as the liver would be processing tianeptine constantly. Thoughts?

You are correct. It's about 40mg once per day to get the same therapeutic benefit of 12.5mg three times per day. I always recommend not drinking alcohol with Tianeptine, since they do not play well together. Since this one lasts longer, the time between dosing and consuming alcohol is going to be longer than with the sodium salt.

My experiences with high dose (100mg+) tianeptine over a two month period

You need to start tapering off it now! You are not using it properly, and are going to cause yourself harm. Tianeptine is hard on the liver at those dosages. It is not meant to be taken at 650mg/day. Your usage is irresp

Reputable nootropics vendor with products that come with microscoops (or whatever they're called)?

I don't think anyone should include microscoops. It promotes the idea that volumetric dosing is accurate, which cannot be further from the case. A milligram scale is ALWAYS needed to accurately measure lower dosages. Not

Are high dosages of tianeptine harmful?

Replying to somebodybettercomes · That's kind of my point - it's a single patient. If tianeptine is genuinely "hard on the liver" it seems like there should be way more than just a handful of users with liver issue
