also can't just censor his posts, because he has just as much right to comment as anyone else. It's just the Ceretropic next to his name complicates things. I will take care of it, though.
As for myself, I try to give my honest opinion on things at all times. If I feel my bias is affecting a conversation, I state that in my messages. I try to refrain from stack advice as much as I can for that reason. If people keep asking me for my opinion, I usually clarify with "I may be biased, but this is what I think." So hopefully I am giving a reasonable balance in that regard. If you feel a statement I make is biased or inappropriate, call me out; hopefully in a productive and friendly manner.
This is why I continue to order from your company, and I meant it when I said I appreciate your efforts. Thank you.

My pleasure! I'll try to make sure I isolate bias as much as I can. Sometimes I stay out of conversations, because I feel my comments would just muddy things.
