Nootropics (stacks) that can mimic the cognitive enhancements demonstrated by Dr. House?

I've been thinking about this for a while now. You guys remember the TV show "House"? The one with the supposedly genius doctor?
I believe his genius was a result of the side effects associated with the Vicodin that he was taking for his injuries (along with the cocktail of drugs he was on). Apparently it (the Vicodin) caused a bridge to form between his conscious, and parts of his unconscious mind, that often lead to him finding answers he sought via a form of intuitive-reasoning process (of thought?).
At the end of season 5, I think he had to be admitted to a rehab/mental institution for his drug problems, but I think in the later season(s) he did come back and gradually develop his natural cognitive powers to quite an extent.
I know he's a fictional character, but I wonder... Can Vicodin truly do that? Would it be possible to create a stack that speeds up intuitive processing and reasoning -- As in figure things out in your mind non-verbally, if you know what I mean?
I bet everyone has felt this happen one time or another (dots connecting in the mind, without the usually linear thought processes).
edit: I know the character's fictional and everything was highly exagger…

I hate to be the one to tell you this, but TV/Movie writers are not the most educated on neurochemistry and pharmacology. Opioids are not going to lead to the type of high-level cognition improvement that the character House had. The real question you are asking cannot currently be answered. We do not fully understand high-level thought processes in that way yet.
