Memantine and Olney's Lesions

I was wondering if memantine can cause Olney's lesions. Also, are there any contraindications when taking memantine? I've heard things about avoiding anticholinesterase inhibitors and adrenergic antagonists. Should I be worried about taking bacopa at the same time?

They can be caused by DXM use too, right?

He actually talked to me about it yesterday. It still has not been shown with DXM use in humans. One can postulate that it might, based on the ketamine study. However, we still need more evidence to say for sure. But that ketamine study does give us more to go on in humans, which was news to me. /u/Synzael knows more about dissociatives than I do at this point.
