Selank & Semax: long trail review

Original post in this thread

Bit about my background:
Early 20s

Dyslexic

highly active. Spend around 3-7 hours out side every day, on average.

Soylent/and food. Berries and nuts.
No crap, refined sugars, or junk food.

Not much of a drinker (kills them gains)

iv had some pretty harsh anxiety/depression growing up as the result of my mother having BPD, and treating me like shit. iv had trouble with healthy socialization. Feel vapid/ vapid thoughts large amount of the time. Diet and exercises are my fundamentals that keep me in check. That and my constant curiosity for problem solving. Very analytical.

Selank (sub-q and nasal) from Ceretropic:
removed my anxiety/depression completely. I'm comfortable as who I am, but with out the drive to be better. I'm still my self. Just happier, nice, and more emotionally open. Socializing with friends and strangers is enjoyable again.
It just makes you have a good day, you are less irritated, more emotionally stable. Handling people and their problems is no longer donating. I become more productive because of this.

Dosages/methods of administration:
Iv used both nasal and sub-q over the past 6 or so months. the enhanced/nootropic, calm analytical effects only…

That's very strange, has anyone else seen differences between nasal and sub'q administration of selank?

Glad to hear it's worked for you, in any case. I'm looking forward to trying it.

/u/MisterYouAreSoDumb, do you think there is any pharmacological difference between those two ROAs? Or perhaps it could be down to bioavailability? Or degradation of the nasal solution?

u/MisterYouAreSoDumb · Ceretropic

Yes, there are certainly differences. This is especially true when you start looking at different people. Some people prefer sub-Q, while others prefer nasal. /u/cobue is one that I know prefers Sub-Q. Nasal seems to get to the brain faster, but is more dependent on the status of your mucous membranes that day. If your allergies are flaring up, it can affect the efficacy of the nasal route that day. Sub-Q is pretty consistent. That is only dependent on where you inject, and the amount of plasma peptidase enzymes in your blood. Nasal has less distance to go to the brain, but has to pass the mucous membranes. Sub-Q has to be in the blood longer, but 100% of it gets into your system. So there are differing efficacies and tradeoffs with each.

German customs seized and destroyed my Semax/Selank order worth 240 $.

Most of our German customers use a reshipper in the EU when ordering peptides. We get regular powders into Germany no problem. However, sometimes they are weird with peptides. So usually German customers use a reshipper

Use caution with Science.Bio's semax spray

Replying to johnnycoconut · /u/MisterYouAreSoDumb since you did nasal sprays with Ceretropic, I wonder what are your thoughts on the whole preservative/preventing microbe growth thing? I would be curious rega

You are going to want an antimicrobial in nasal sprays. Not using one is just asking for a bad time. If microbes grow in the spray, you will be spraying them right where they could potentially get past your blood brain b

Always keep peptide in the fridge, as that is where they are most stable. They are MORE stable as a lyophilized powder in the vial, and become LESS stable once you mix them with water. However, some smaller sequence pept

Four(-ish) questions about NA-Selank!

1) N-Acetyl Selank's anxiolytic mechanism is related to its ability to inhibit enkephaline-degrading ezymes. That increases the levels of your body's natural opioids. That inhibition modulates the dopaminergic system, an

I agree. It's fucked up. Trust me, I had to shut my fucking company down because of this. Ceretropic is no more because of the bullshit in this country. So nobody is more frustrated than me. I fought for years for this.
