Dumb question on nasal sprays

Sorry if this sounds dumb, but I'm not quite sure how these nasal sprays are supposed to work. Am I supposed to inhale them into my lungs? Or is something else supposed to happen?

I've been using ceretropic's 200mcg semax spray and at times i can taste it at the very back of my tongue, a particularly numbing feeling. This isn't supposed to happen, right?..

Nasal sprays for na-semax should come around the 20th of this month, right now it is just a bottle; needle and bacteriostatic water comes seperately.

They will be longer now. You can thank the Longshoremen of the Port of Los Angeles for that. New unloading date in port is the 24th, but that could slip too.

Push down the nasal sprayer quickly, or it will just drop out. You need to get some force behind it, so that it sprays nicely. Also, always hold it upright when spraying. Tilting it causes issues. I have had my guys man
