Hi Guys,

just some weeks ago i asked you for help regarding post coital tristesse which affects several people, more woman than men but men too. Some people recommended Kanna but i found that a low dose (30-50mg) of AMP-Citrate will almost get rid completely of it.

If you are affected by this i recommend you to try it

50mg 5-htp with EGCG, as i do noticed some tristesse after AMP-Citrate but never at this dosage (Just at 150 - 200mg)

I was just joking. 50mg is not that high. I took 200mg yesterday, and there was a crash. It was less of a mood crash, and more getting really tired. It's very similar to the crash from DMAA.
