How effective is it? I have been taking 3g a day for 2 weeks then a week off. Is that appropriate? Can it be improved?

Pretty effective. I usually use 3g/day for 10-14 days after an LGD cycle, along with zinc citrate and Raloxifene. That seems to get me back to normal. I have not done blood tests to measure T levels, though. I am just going based on subjective feelings.
