Getting Hydergine in the US

Apparently, Hydergine (ergoloid mesylates) stacks pretty well and potentiates racetams.
However, according to ScienceGuy from Longecity, its patents seem to be expired and the product line discontinued by the manufacturer (Novartis), but is still available via compounding pharmacies in the US (which requires a prescription):

Searching for Hydergine on antiaging-systems.com yields:
http://www.antiaging-systems.com/103-hydergine
listing the liquid and tablet versions as discontinued with "Hy Pro" going at $35. I've just emailed IAS to ask if "Hy Pro" is actually Hydergine since there isn't a specific product page for "Hy Pro".
Our favorite venders like Ceretropic, Powdercity, NewMind/Liftmode don't seem to carry it (yet?).
Other than using a compound pharmacy, where would you get ergoloid mesylates from the US?

I have been trying to find it. However, it is illegal in China now. So I have to use labs in other countries, which is a whole ordeal. The same goes for Deprenyl.
