For any /r/nootropics users who takes Semax and also frequent the gym. Have you noticed any possible synergistic effects? I'm asking this due to the fact that working out increases BDNF levels and Semax is known to drastically increase just that.

Doesn't Semax increase Cortisol as well?

There is no evidence that it does. All the Russian studies show that it does not affect any hormone levels. Some people have postulated it does, based on the subjective effects they get. However, that is not proven by any means.
