I am reading a for dummies book on nutrition, just to get a simplified overview on things and it says when talking about foods that are unhealthy: "Alcohol is a drug, which means its addictive" Classic for dummies. The other information listed seems alright tho and its dumbed down enough for me to read fast before I read a more complex book on metabolism.
