How do nootropic vendors get around the NFHC prong the FDA has set for non-supplements?

Hey guys

I've been using nootropics for about 5 years, bought my first bottle of piracetam pills on eBay back in 2008. Been moving up and around since.

I notice about half of the website based nootropic vendors strongly discourage any FHC and it's a part of their terms.

Then you have other companies giving dosages, capping pills, shooting sprays in their nose, using artificial flavors in PG to give vapable or dosable liquids.

What stops the FDA from running up in the companies who are very thinly skirting the law and in turn shutting down the non-FHC vendors? It's a scary slope, one of the vendors I think Ceretropic sent out some really nasty material and a lot of people got sick and they denied it was bad, yet they never denied it was not FHC.

It just boggles my mind and I think those companies who encourage bodily use are going to ruin it for us all.

I'll hang up and listen

Hey, don't confuse us with Cerebral Health. We certainly did not send out nasty stuff that got people sick. I was just the one doing all the testing that found out Cerebral Health was sending Diphenhydramine labeled and Pyritinol, and Choline Salacylate labeled as Bitartrate. Don't spread falsehoods about us. If you don't know for sure the vendor name you are referring to, don't post it.

I spoke to representatives from both the FDA food/supplements division, and the drug division about the Cerebral Health fiasco. I gave them all the information they would need to go after them. However, it does not seem they cared too much. The person that went to the hospital because of it also spoke to a few lawyers about it. None of them would take that case. They said Cerebral Health did not have enough money to make it worth while. It was a pretty eye-opening experience.
