I've had L-Tyrosine for awhile. I'd occasionally take it without noticing anything; so it pretty much collected dust on the shelf. I decided to work my way back to it; I've been battling a severe cold and needed a "pick me up". So I've been taking 1,000mg of it about three times a day since Sunday. It has been fantastic, giving me a silky smooth flow of energy, motivation, stress relief and general happiness. I've been combining it with Monster Sug-Free energy.
I am a person with mild ADD, meaning it's annoying but not debilitating. I wanted to remind anyone with mild ADD like me that L-Tyrosine may be helpful for your situation.
I'm sure like everything else, I'll build a tolerance soon. But I'll enjoy it for now and be on to the next when necessary.
