Combined Semax with an antibiotic in a nosespray, is this ok?

So I bought the 1% Semax nosedrop solution from a certain Russian pharmacy. First two days I tried to dose it with the nosedripper that they supply, but failed miserably. I think I might've accidentally dosed 1/4th of the bottle in 2 doses (so 1/8th, twice). Wanting to dose the rest correctly, I searched the house for a proper nasal spray that I could put this in.
What I found was a microdoser nasal spray of Soframycine, containing Framycetin. I think I've left about 5ml of Soframycine in the spray and diluted the rest of my Semax solution with it.
What I now wonder: is it okay for the Semax to sit in a solution with Framycetin?

The Russian drops came in a lot cheaper than your nasal bottle (almost half the price). I might buy with you guys next time, I simply distrust sellers who praise their own products on boards like these. I have bad experiences with that.

Link me the drops. I guarantee they are nowhere near half the price of ours. The .1% only has 3mg per bottle. Our 200mcg has 20mg per bottle for $29.99. The 1% Russian drops have 30mg per bottle. Our 600mcg has 60mg for $74.99.
So our small bottle has over six times the amount of Semax, for only $29.99. Our big bottle has double the Semax of the 1%, for $74.99.
Not trusting me because I am confident in the quality and price of our products doesn't make any sense. I am here because I believe in our stuff. I use our stuff daily. I am also around, and easy to get a hold of if there is any problem with our stuff. I fail to see how that is anything but a good thing.
