Sublingual vs buccal differences?

Is there any difference in absorbtion/effect between those two? I prefer buccal to sublingual by a mile and I am wondering why almost everybody is taking their nootropics sublingual when oral isn't as effective.

There is no real difference. Just don't do it with acidic compounds, or your teeth will hate you.
