Nootropics to stop Kratom use

Original post in this thread

marknoo · 7 points

I found that Kratom does wonders for my depression/anxiety (my general weirdness). I went to a doctor and after many tries with different chemicals found that Bupropion also helps. So I lowered my dose of Kratom but have not been able to completely drop it.

Any suggestions on Nootropics that could get Kratom completely out of the picture.
I've been using it daily for about 4 years now and don't notice anything bad when I don't take it but I still would like to get away from using it every day.

what is the nootropic for anhedonia, depression, social anxiety

Great response! I've used a similar system in the past but without selank. I'm on a high kratom regiment right now while I'm rebuilding myself from a previous car accident. I have been tapering for a while but after the holidays I'm gonna try out your method fully.

Do you know of any nootropic substance that the would help with sleep due to fibromyalgia other than gabapentin? Would you consider tianeptine good for that, I don't have much xp with that.

u/MisterYouAreSoDumb · Ceretropic

Tianeptine is a bit stimulating for some. I would not think it would be good for sleep. Phenibut works. However, it's not good for daily use. I've never tried Picamillon, but that might be helpful.

[META] Modafinil discussions should not be prohibited anymore. The hype around it has died down, and it is still one of the most effective and safest nootropics.
