I went to mexico and got a shot of Bodeycta Tri (aka B vit containing
Hydroxocobalamin Acetate equivalent to hydroxocobalamin (vitamin B12) 10 000 mcg
Thiamine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B1) 100 mg
pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) 50 mg ))
It was amazing. Super energetic, we drank tequila all night with no hangover in the am. I bought 5 syringes and took them home. Every time i took it, I felt in peak condition for a week after the shot.
Does anyone have a source for this?

A doctor told me that Hydroxocobalamin was not stable. That injecting was fine but sublingual was not. Any idea where they get that idea from? I had suggested it for a patient with methylmalonic acidemia(b12 responsive) that hates needles. I was hoping they could at least alternate back and forth. The other hope was to lessen the degree of scar tissue.

Hydroxocobalamin is subject to hydrolysis, so it will break down in ionized water. However, that takes time, or enzymes. A lot more time than sitting in the mouth for sublingual. Also, our solution uses PG, VG, and ultrapure DI water. So our solution is perfectly stable, and provides a faster transport method for the B12 across the mucous membranes in the mouth.
So he is right, Hydroxocobalamin is not as stable as other forms. However, it is stable enough in our solution to be used sublingually.
