Nightmares after stopping Noopept usage

Hi Guys,

I´ve taking Noopept for about 6 month, one month off and normally free weekends. I recently thought it was time to stop taking it, as i readed about the TrkB downregulation stuff and so on. The weird thing is that i´ve been having pretty scary ghost dreams since then and i can´t avoid relating it to the Noopept leaving after effects.

Have any of you guys had similar experiences?

Hi,

I take 10 mg/day. Normally weekends off, but last month i used it also in some weekends (lot of stuff to learn). Not more than 10 mg/day ever (well i started with 20mg , but it didn´t work well for me). I´ve done some breaks (a couple of weeks off, and a month after 3 month of usage).

I dont take anything else (just some coffe). Also i experienced some axiety after stopping Noopept, but i readed here it can be normal.

Should i worry?
