The reviews look good, and I want to get some but it is really expensive!
What do people who have used it think? Is it worth it?

We would be using an antimicrobial to create bacteriostatic water for injection
You can't produce pyrogen-free water which is the grade necessary for injection by means of a water-treatment plant. There's no bacterial contamination if you use sterile technique for formulations along the entire chain.
As to bacteriostatics, have you looked into colloidal silver?

The contamination is from the needle you use when dosing. That is what the antimicrobial agent is for. Otherwise it is pyrogen-free only until you stick the tip of the needle into the bottle.
I have not looked into colloidal silver in any meaningful detail.
