Hi all!
I posted this a couple of weeks ago and got some data, but only as it applied to the 12 or people people who took it. I'd love to post up the results, but I'd like to ideally collect data from a larger sample size to draw relevant lateral conclusions, 'such as those who did X tended to experience X to a higher degree'. As such, I hope it's okay that I'm reposting this if or until a general sticky thread with polls gets started!
Personally (with two 20-day alternating regimens) I've found cerebrolysin to be one of the most potent naturally feeling nootropics I've tried. Of course modafinil, etc. are rather powerful, but leave some sort of after-effects with me, due no doubt to the way in which they bring various catecholamine systems out of homeostasis.
I noticed strong enhanced: clarity of thought, motivation, ability to make connections, ST/LT memory and a brightening of old memories, mood, rather serene present-moment awareness; as well as a reduction in most negative effects of inebriation (cognitive, etc. from alcohol and marijuana) and an increase in the positive/euphoric aspect of substances such as the former and caffeine, nicotine, MDMA, ALCAR, and NALT.

Regardless of where you do it - glutes or quads - it's really not bad at all. Of course you feel the initial breaking of skin but nothing more than that. All of the pain is entirely psychological, and if you do some deep breathing and then inject with a >25G needle there is absolutely no pain. It's very worth it.

Yeah, it's just getting over the initial hesitation of it. I'm sure it won't be that bad when I do try it.
