What does ceretropic mean by 'half dropper'?

this is probably a really really stupid question, but when it says the dosage of noopept is 'half dropper' does that mean just one drop of the liquid or liquid filling up half of the dropper? I feel dumb asking but I don't want to take too much.

A half dropper is .5ml.

Here is a picture of a calibrated dropper.

You can see the .5 mark on it. That is the half dropper mark.
