Centrophenoxine or DMAE to substitute for Galantamine?
Original post in this thread

I'm a GAD/bipolar/ADD-Pi.
I find that Galantamine was one of the best noots that I have ever used. Being bipolar, it helped my cognition a lot, in addition to improving my memory.
However it doesnt quite stack well with low dose Ritalin (florid anxiety), nor with Semax (Libido over the roof and vivid wet dreams daily).
I was wondering if I could use Centrophenoxine or DMAE to substitute for Galantamine?
I cant use CDP or Alpha GPC or CB as they make me depressed.
Hope someone can advise!

It's possible they will help a bit. However, they are not going to lead to as strong of effects as Galantamine, since they are not positive allosteric modulators of the nicotinic ACh receptors. But they should help you raise ACh levels, with less depressive effects than CDP or GPC.
