I am new to this place still so this might be a dumb question but, are ECA stacks considered a nootropic?

I heard of an ECA stack a few years ago, wanted to try it for energy and weight loss. But never tried. Is there something similar that is a nootropic or do some of you do ECA stacks?

No, ephedrine cannot be sold as a supplement anymore. Also, the dosages for a lot of these are fairly high. You need to take many pills/capsules to get the right dosages.
