Noopept and kidney pain? Any experience?

I've done my research before posting this and kidney pain seems to pop up a lot, especially on reddit, with Nootropics. But nowhere is specifically Noopept mentioned, and reading about Noopept it seems to be safe from causing kidney damage or disease. It's even taken by people with kidney and liver dieseases.
I just recently started taking 30mg Noopept orally, here's the composition of my daily dose:
***350mg Choline Bitartrate Pharmaceutical
150mg N-acetyl L-Tyrosine
100mg Alpha GPC
30mg Noopept
10mg Vitamin E TPGS***
Does anyone have any experience or information regarding this?

This is what I got Ebay link
It's suppose to be this product from revangenutrition although I feel sketchy about the ones on ebay because they don't have the writing on the pills as the originals but maybe I am being paranoid.
The contents are like I wrote:
Alpha GPC 100 mg
Choline Bitartrate 350 mg
N-acetyl L-Tyrosine 150 mg
Noopept (N-phenylacetyl-L-prolyglycine ethyl ester) 30 mg
Vitamin E TPGS 10 mg
And nothing else has changed in my diet since.

Even if we know the Ebay ones are legit, we have no idea who that company is, or what testing they do. There could be heavy metals in their raw materials, or byproducts left from the synth. It could be completely different substances in the capsules for all we know.
What made you single out the noopept in those pills as the source of the pain, and not the other ingredients? Why not question the purity or legitimacy of the product itself?
