My new stack is the best for me to date. Wanted to share.

I wanted to share my experience with a new stack (for me) which has delivered the best results for me personally to date. I'm also curious if the community has any speculation about what stack dynamics may be at play in delivering its benefits. I have diagnosed ADD and have been seeking compounds that compliment, reduce, and even occasionally replace my prescribed adderal medication. My goal is sustained focus, productivity, and general well being with less side effects than an adderal only approach. As a side note, I had previously tried each of these supplements on their own or in combination with other noots with varying degrees of success, but I have only been on this exact stack for three days. As a relevant side note, before starting this stack I took 10 days off adderal as I do several times a year when I feel I'm experiencing diminishing returns due to tolerance build up. Without further ado, my stack:
DAY:
Prescribed 30mg adderall (3x10mg/day), weekends off usually and have been taking less since I started this stack.
Semax 1mg (2x500mcg/day), internasal
Memantine 20 mg (2x10mg/day)- for amp tolerance
Tianeptine- 37mg (12.5mgx3/day)
Curcumin 95- 500mg/day
Alcar 1…

u/MisterYouAreSoDumb, can you elaborate? I am a bit of a newbie to nootropics and stimulants, and I'm wondering how those two substances you mentioned would help me? Is this to do with mitigating any harsh effects on my cardiac muscle?

I'll give you a TL;DR
* Taurine protects the cardiac muscles from overstress.
* CoQ10 supports energy transport into the mitochondria, and allows them to protect themselves.
* PQQ also supports the mitochondria, and is an antioxidant.
* Na-R-ALA is the sodium salt of the dextrorotory enantiomer of alpha lipoic acid. It is a fantastic antioxidant.
* L-Arginine is an amino acid that helps protect you from vasoconstriction, and supports protein synthesis. L-Citruline is a more potent version that does the same thing.
* ALCAR is another good one to add in there to help energy transport.
* EGCG is from green tea, is an antioxidant, and helps with vasoconstriction.
