Relentless Improvement (What with this Company?)

Owner encourages questions, but doesn't have the courtesy to reply.
Received a strange bottle of Vit.K4 Mena. supplements. Have ordered these many times in the past. This time, tiny little capsules (way less than half the original size) different colour powder inside. What's going on, no reply, not able to do a return.
Never buy from this company, you never know what you are getting, despite their advertising.
