Isochroma came up with them, based on the idea that altering the 2-pyrrolidone ring would give better effects, a la unifiram and sunifiram. He is basing that assumption off the study he copied into that page, talking about DM-235 (Sunifiram). Whether or not those effects translate to the other structures, is anybody's guess.

Yeah, I remember. However, whether or not that translates to every racetam structure, is just conjecture at this point. It very well might. There is only one way to find out.
