Best nootropic for enhancing creativity?

It seems the majority of you would say modafinil would not help in this area but piracetam will. But I'm curious to hear from those of you engaged in creative activity on your findings. I've always found marijuana helpful in enhancing creativity (esp as a musician) but I'm sick of feeling like a brain dead weirdo after years and years of heavy abuse.
EDIT: I should mention I have experience in mocrodosing psychedelic RCs (4-aco-dmt in particular) with inconsistent results.

I've never done it (and it's not really a nootropic), but I've heard of some people micro-dosing shrooms for creativity.
Basically the idea is to take such a small dose that you don't trip, but still experience some of the mind effects.

Small doses of 4-ACO-DMT work well for that. You do not get the variability that you would with shrooms.
