Has anyone been taking P21 long enough to give a brief description of its effects?

What they were answering

No it's definitely not changing mice into geniuses... But i find it kind of happening with semax. I have taken semax, found it very effective, and powerfull, and yet you can find only a handfull of expieriences logs on the web. I have myself postponed full review of semax up to this day. You get some mentions on longecity, and few here, mostly from Mister, and reviews on ceretropic. Sometimes people just don't have time...
Yeah i bet for dead each time :P especially when they start something like sunifiram, but i don't think its the case with p21

We've sold a metric fuckton of Semax too. There are people all over the planet that have used our vials and nasal sprays. Many of them write me with very good success stories. However, I hardly ever see public reviews of it. I guess that is just the way it goes.

Anyone experimented with THT's CNTF fragment 147-150?

No!!!! You can't just say, "Ohh, the active sequence in P21 is DGGL, so let's just sell powdered DGGL!" Pharmacodynamics do not work like that! That would be like saying, "Ohh dopamine is good. Let's sell powdered dopami

Always keep peptide in the fridge, as that is where they are most stable. They are MORE stable as a lyophilized powder in the vial, and become LESS stable once you mix them with water. However, some smaller sequence pept

[High Risk] Has anybody tried P21 yet? It's supposed to be a better version of Cerebrolysin.

Replying to FW900 · Probably safer than Cerebrolysin. No concerns over prions, less risk injecting it subcutaneously vs IM or IV, not loaded with vitamins. This would be perfect to have as a spray bo

Replying to phenethyljammin · How does this change to the molecule affect the stability of the peptide and it's bioavailability / potency?

The adamantane moiety was placed on the C-terminus of P21 to protect it from enzymatic degradation, and to increase its lipid solubility. We just applied that same idea to Semax instead of the CNTF-enhancing DGGL sequenc
