Why can't I sleep all night, but I sleep great after 7am?

For the love of god, why can't I sleep at night? I feel like my mind stays awake even when I'm not conscious and I'm not rested if I do sleep. I keep waking up throughout the night. I rarely seem to dream.
Often to survive the week I sleep all weekend to "catch up" so I can keep going.
I will need to start work during the day again.
My best deepest/sleep is always 7/8am to about 10/11am. This has been since I was a kid. I am so relieved when the sun comes up because I know I will be able to relax into a deep sleep soon.
edit: I took 400mg of magnesium citrate and slept pretty well, though I only got 5 hours of sleep. Hopefully this will help.
update: I've been taking 400mg of mg citrate every night and it's helped me sleep. I still don't sleep through the entire night, maybe 4-5 hours of deep sleep, but it's much better. I'm kinda broke now so will wait and see when I can afford the rest.

Probably your circadian rhythm is all messed up. I would start taking a B complex and vitamin D right when you wake up. Even going out and getting your face in the sun for a few minutes can help. Then take a .5mg dose of melatonin 20min before bed. Keep on that cycle for a week or two, then see if you are getting better sleep at night.
