Memantine delivered to Australia?

Long post warning:
Just wondering if anyone has had any luck getting memantine delivered to Australia, without a script? I'm thinking that this may be something I need to try in order to lower my (crazy high) level of tolerance to dexamphetamine?
FWIW, I'm a 32yo/f diagnosed with Narcolepsy and have been on dexamphetamine for the past 4 years. I'm currently taking the highest dose able to be prescribed (12 x 5mg/day over 3 doses), but frequently need to take more than that to get through a long day (keep in mind I've built up to such a high dose over 4 years).
I just need to find a way to reduce my tolerance, as there's currently nowhere to go from here, and I feel like I'm fighting a hopeless battle. I don't believe my Sleep Specialist would be willing to prescribe memantine, as I've hinted in the past that perhaps there's something I can take to potentiate the dex or lower my tolerance. Her response was a vague "have more days off the dex." Which would be ideal, but I still have to work and look after my 6 year old.
