Recently i have fallen into major depressive state. It finally forced me to consult psychiatrist, and i have got prescribed ssri and some hydroxizine. I don't want to make bigger mess of myself then i already am at this point. The semax/prl/noopept/modafinil/eph have gotten me through the most active summer break of my life. What i can still supplement, without harming myself/with benefit for depression? I guess moda prl and eph is a no go for now. But what about semax or noopept? Is there anything i should totally avoid? I have went cold turkey on everything when breakdown came.
edit: i wish i could ask the psyhiatrist, but she seemed unaware of nootropics besides piracetam.

If anyone tries St. John's Wort they should look for a Perika standardized formula. These formulations are standardized for hyperforin, which is the relevant substance for the anti-depressant results.
