Why don't people recommend NAC more?

Is it because it smells like the crypt and makes your farts smell that way too? It reduces oxidative stress and modulates dopamine and glutamate. All that while still boosting glutathione levels. Shouldn't it be in a basic stack?

Ohh, for sure. If you have high homocysteine levels, due to an unknown methylation issue, then NAC can definitely help. But it is not really going to give nootropic effects in healthy people.
