It's a bunch of marketing bullshit, peddled by the notorious Dave Asprey. It is just PQQ in a suspension to protect it from enzymes in the GI tract. You can get BioPQQ and get the same effects. If you wanted to, you could even make your own suspension to protect it. But until they release data showing how it improves bioavailability, I am calling BS on it.
