NSI-189 appropriate solvents for volumetric dosing? Anyone w/experience from longecity?

NSI-189 producing company´s CEO writes about it´s nootropic effects.

I am very interested in the 90 day dosing, as my effects turned south past week 5. Perhaps the benefits become side effects the longer you are on it. Getting some hard data on that will be very interesting.
