acute effects of NSI-189

I know there's a lot of NSI-189 discussion, but I can't find the answer to this. People have reported certain acute effects after dosing, such as mental/physical stimulation, anxiety etc.
What I was wondering is how long these effects persist after a given dose is taken? Is it a few hours? The whole day?
I'm taking ~15mg Phosphate orally, with food. My problem is that my anxiety is already so high that's it's hard to determine if the NSI-189 is doing anything, so I wanted to know what signs I could look out for to determine whether a dose is too much.
Possibly unrelated, but I've noticed more physical pain the past few days (back ache, sensitive tendons etc.), with occasional headaches; dreams are quite cinematic; my mood is okay and I have more mental energy .. but I feel a bit mechanical and have no real desire to listen to music or do much.

This is one substance that is very polarizing. Some people have life changing effects, while others experience nothing, or bad side effects. Brain chemistry plays a huge role in whether or not you find this substance useful. I personally do not.
