I know they are very reputable and I should just buy it, but I have become very paranoid since the whole Cerebral Health ordeal with people ending up in hospital. So, any chance of getting the wrong powder with Cerebral Health? I've bought phenibut multiple times from other companies but I would just like to know everyones experiences.
Also, does it come with a scoop so I know how much I'm having?

Don't worry about ND. They are nothing like Cerebral Health. I've been to their facility many times, and can assure you they have things under control. They have their own in-house testing lab, and wear lab coats, masks, hair nets, and Crocs in the product areas. I mean, if they are willing to wear Crocs, you know they are serious.
