Any tips for reconstituting Semax solution?

I've read that most bodybuilder peptides(hgh, GHRP's, etc.) are fragile in powder form and caution needs to be used while reconstituting. Obviously I'm not going to squirt 2ML's of BAC water with full force into my Semax vial but is it necessary to push the water in extremely slowly and onto the side of the vial first allowing it to slowly drip into the powder? How fragile is the compound? I just worry that I'll fuck up the process and be left with an inert solution and $60 down the drain.
