Adderall and Melatonin displaying Parkinson like symptoms

* Adderall 2 years 20 mg (quit 3 months ago)
* Melatonon 3mg /w L-theanine 3 months due to trouble sleeping (quit a couple days ago)
Is there any possible way I created an unbalance to set off an effect of producing Parkinson like symptoms (no tremors though)?
I am kinda interested if I did any damage to my dopamine receptors during that time. I never took more than 30 mg of adderall a day during those 2 years, I also took breaks on weekends. I was very disciplined about it. So I am kinda freaked out on why this happened.
Edit: 27 year old male, and correction on melatonin dosage

Great idea, let's just create a bigger problem trying to fix the little problem

My friend gets the maximum allowed dosage of dexedrine prescribed to him a month (120 pills). He told his doctor that he was having trouble sleeping, and what does he do? He prescribes him the maximum allowed dosage of Xanax per month (30 2mg bars). Yeeeahhhh, not the best idea in the world...
