[High Risk] Has anybody tried P21 yet? It's supposed to be a better version of Cerebrolysin.

May as well start a thread on this substance as there isn't much out there about it. Ceretropic have it for sale, and that's the only vendor I know that sells it at the moment. So has anyone here tried it or got any information on it?

I didnt say it went through all possible tests, and I know its not approved outside Russia but that doesnt mean it doesnt work. Where is the interest in Semax outside Russia? Unless there's enough interest it wont get approved. And again Tianeptine. Ceretropic sells it as a RC but it is a legitimate drug sold under various brand names. Same with Etizolam, its a legitimate pharmaceutical drug but since its not approved for use in places like the UK because theres no interest in it so it can only be sold as an RC.

Haven't you heard? If something has gone through FDA trials it means it has no risk! /s

Replying to Synzael · Okay.. It's a lot different. Semax has been shown to modulate the expression of TKRB (and it's a sub sequence of ACTH) and P21 is based off of cerebrolysin. Mephedrone is based off

What you talking about, Willis? This sub was here long before I came around. I may have gotten interested in neurochemistry because of MDMA and depression. However, this sub did not spawn from that. But your argument st

What's the lowdown on using nootropics to aid recovery from brain injuries?

Replying to 10_KG_VALUE_PACK · I'm surprised nobody's mentioned Semax or Cerebrolysin yet, which AFAIK are probably the most well-researched compounds in treating brain injury. P21's probably worth a look too du

P21 is much more potent than Cerebrolysin at binding to CNTF. This should, in theory, make it better at promoting neurotransmitter synthesis and neuronal growth. However, as you said, human studies are lacking. Semax an

I spent 3 days dosing 50ml total of P21 solution through a nasal spray. Sunday, monday, and Tuesday.

Semax and Tianeptine go great together. The mood increase is rapid, and very noticeable. However, some people get irritable with Tianeptine, and Semax can exacerbate that. My girlfriend is one that gets irritable with Ti

Anyone experimented with THT's CNTF fragment 147-150?

No!!!! You can't just say, "Ohh, the active sequence in P21 is DGGL, so let's just sell powdered DGGL!" Pharmacodynamics do not work like that! That would be like saying, "Ohh dopamine is good. Let's sell powdered dopami

Has anyone found SEMAX helpful for (social) anxiety issues ?

Semax is very different than Cerebrolysin. Our P21 is the one that is similar to Cerebro. Semax is more like a stimulating noopept, if that makes any sense.
