Middle Ear Myoclonus

Sorry to post this here guys, it's somewhat unrelated to nootropics but I'm at the end of my rope. I'm hoping that someone else has had this issue at one time and resolved it with the use of any nootropics.
I plan on creating a subreddit dedicated to MEM in the future, so if you have it please say so.
What is MEM? It's a form of objective tinnitus and I hate it. Stimulus-specific in my case. I used to listen to music for hours a week. Any music that hits an F or an E in the upper octaves sends a fluttering sensation within my inner ear. It's only specific notes in specific octaves that trigger the sensation. Even people talking can trigger it.
Does anyone else have Middle Ear Myoclonus and have you taken any nootropics or supplements that helps lessen it?
So far, none of the nootropics I've taken have done a single thing. Cyclobenzaprine is the next thing I intend to try to treat this.

Ohh damn, I have that too. Only in my left ear. It's not fun when going out to concerts or clubs. Like a god damned fluttering bee in my ear with certain octaves. Protect your ears kids.
Side note, I took cyclobenzaprine for a while. Did not notice much improvement in symptoms.
