Scary experience today, any explanations?

Today I had one of the scariest experiences of my life. I had a pretty strong cup of coffee around 11:30 to noon. Then at about 1:30 I took about a 40-50 mg dose of Noopept (which is pretty normal for me, I have been taking for over a month now, usually smaller doses). In addition I had 1000mg of Tyrosine (usual dosage) and 300mg of Adrafinil (again, a usual dosage, although I had not taken it in probably a week and half or so). Lastly I took a GNC energy and metabolism multi vitamin.

About 30-35 minutes later I was at my computer and I felt a sensation in my left arm. It had gone temporarily numb. I freaked out for obvious reasons. I also noticed that the left side of my head was tingly and numb and my legs were shaking. My heart was absolutely racing in addition to the numbness in my left side and lightheadedness. These symptoms proceeded for another 15-20 minutes as I tried to figure out what was going on. About an hour and a half later I felt better, but had another instance where my left arm went numb again and I got really light headed. It is about 8 hours since now and I feel pretty normal. But it was quite the frightening experience, needless to say I am nev…

After chronic use, they begin to induce their own metabolism

Edit: induce, not inhibit

I do not use the chronically. I only use them every couple months. But as time has gone on, I become more sensitive to the side effects of the afinils. It should be noted that I take a lot of other shit too. So there is most likely some interaction I have not figured out yet. But the good effects of the afinils do not outweigh the sides for me, so I generally do not take the time to iron it out.
