NSI-189 sources---something everyone needs to understand about mentioning them.

Everyone should understand that Neuralstem, the people who invented and hold the patent for NSI-189, actively monitors this subreddit. They will threaten legal action to any vendor caught selling it. Take Ceretropic for example. Ceretropic didn't even have any for sale, and made a handful of posts about potentially selling, not even NSI-189, but a closely related compound and still received a cease and desist.
My suggestion: People who post on /r/nootropics voluntarily not mention current sources of NSI-189. Unless of course the source wants to be known and take the risk.
Sources with quality issues or that are passing something off as NSI-189 that isn't NSI-189 should be called out though.

I am sure the other vendors are getting letters too. They might just be ignoring them, and willing to take the risk. We decided it was in our best interest to back down from the sale of NSI-189. Neuralstem is not going to be able to go after everyone. But they are going to at least send letters to everyone. I am not sure how far they are really willing to take things legally, though. It could just be hot air.
