Got a question regarding Maca

Hey guys, I noticed there's raw maca and then there's maca. I was wondering what's the differences and if anyone had any experiences with it. I intend on using maca to help me improve my libido and hoping that turns out to be successful. I also heard it could help with fatigue and depression and all but I don't have much hopes for that. Hell, I don't have much hopes for supplements or nootropics in general to really help me out with my condition but I can't really say it worked or not unless I tried.
So I'm wondering: Raw Maca or just Maca, and what brand/product would you guys suggest if I were to buy it on Amazon?

raw maca is for cooking afaik. some people make maca brownies. /u/MisterYouAreSoDumb had a bad reaction to eating raw maca: Raw Maca Root (WARNING)

That really messed me up. Now I cannot even take gelatinized maca.
Something good did come out of it, though. We are going to be making a Super Maca, like our Super Rhodiola. Just the two active compounds in maca, synthesized pure. We are working on that now.
