LSD may increase creativity, which I would argue is nootropic.
Edit: Why the down votes? Disagree? LSD doesn't affect creativity, or creativity isn't a useful cognitive trait?

Sure, you can have cognitive effects from LSD. It may even help some people in a lot of ways. However, I would not consider it a nootropic. Can it be used for nootropic purposes? Possibly. But asking if there is a "nootropic" LSD is kind of silly. LSD itself is safe. So one would just be looking for an alternative to LSD at that point.
